本次回购数量为1,670,000股，占公司现有已发行股本约0.186%。回购价格介乎每股港币1.27元至1.35元之间，合共耗资约223.59万港元。本次回购后，公司已发行股本总数维持在898,001,302股，库藏股数量为0股，所回购股份尚未办理注销手续。
本次回购根据公司于2025年9月5日通过的购回授权进行，授权最高可回购股份数为90,866,330股。迄今，公司已合计回购22,332,000股，占购回授权通过当日已发行股本总数约2.4577%。公司同时提及，于本次回购后，自2026年7月15日起30天内不得在未获港交所许可情况下发行新股或转售库藏股。
