HAO TIAN INTL (01341) has issued an announcement stating that Mr. Li Zhiqiang has resigned from his position as an independent non-executive director of the company, effective March 13, 2026. The resignation is due to Mr. Li's intention to dedicate more time to other personal matters and business commitments. Following his departure, Mr. Li Zhiqiang has immediately ceased to be a member of the Audit Committee, the Remuneration Committee, and the Nomination Committee. Furthermore, effective March 13, 2026, Mr. Xu Lin has ceased to be a member of the Remuneration Committee, and Mr. Huo Zhide has ceased to be a member of the Nomination Committee.
