Tai United: RMB62.40 Million Subsidiary Deposits Seized by PRC Court; Company Reports No Material Impact

Tai United Holdings Limited (Tai United) disclosed that a combined RMB62.40 million in onshore bank deposits held by its subsidiaries Jinzhou Jiachi and Guangzhou Rongzhi has been withdrawn and transferred to accounts controlled by a court in mainland China. The figure represents all funds moved up to 28 April 2026, the date of the company’s prior announcement on the matter.

Tai United stated that, as of 15 May 2026, the seizure has not had a material effect on its overall operations or financial position, citing the self-sustaining nature of its business activities.

The board has advised shareholders and potential investors to exercise caution when trading the company’s securities. The current board comprises two executive directors (Su Shigong, Yang Yuhua), one non-executive director (Lu Yunsong) and three independent non-executive directors (Gao Bin, Leung Ting Yuk, Song Yanjie).
