周大福 公告显示，董事会已提请股东在2026年7月22日举行的股东周年大会上赋予一般性购回授权，允许最多回购不超过公司于截至2026年6月11日（最后可行日期）已发行股本（不包括任何库存在公司名下的股份）总面值10%的股份。公司已发行股份总数为9,864,944,600股，预期本次授权一旦获得通过，将最多回购986,494,460股。
董事会指出，购回资金将主要来源于公司溢利、股份溢价账或依据开曼群岛法及上市规则所允许的其他财务资源。回购的股份可根据适用规定选择注销，或以库存股形式保存，用于适时转售或其他合法运用。公司方面认为，此举有助于改善资本结构并提升股东回报，符合公司及股东的整体最佳利益。
过去12个月内，公司股价在香港联交所的最高与最低价格分别为每股16.95港元（2025年10月）和每股10.34港元（2026年5月）。公告提及，为确定股东于股东周年大会表决资格，公司将于2026年7月17日至2026年7月22日（首尾两天包括在内）暂停办理股份过户登记，有关人士如有需要，应在2026年7月16日下午4时30分前递交过户文件以完成过户手续。
