裕元集团2026年第一季度营收19.85亿美元，经调整净利润3,770万美元

本季度（截至3月31日），裕元集团实现营收19.85亿美元，同比下降2.2%。经常性净利润为3,770万美元，同比下降50.6%。同期毛利约为4.32亿美元，较上一年同期减少7.0%，整体毛利率为21.7%，较去年同期下滑1.2个百分点。

本季度制造业务（包括鞋履、鞋底、配件及其他）的收入约为12.55亿美元，同比下跌5.5%。其中，运动/户外鞋、休闲鞋及运动凉鞋板块合计收入约为11.68亿美元，同比减少5.8%，整体出货量为5,690万双，同比下降8.1%，平均单价为20.52美元，同比微增2.4%。旗下零售附属公司宝胜国际实现营收7.30亿美元，较上一年同期增长4.1%，主要受益于渠道效率提升与更为灵活的库存管理策略。

成本方面，本期销售及分销开支约为2.03亿美元，同比下降1.6%，占营收比为10.2%；行政开支则为1.37亿美元，同比下降2.9%，两项合计占营收比约17.1%。受短期订单波动及用工、薪资上涨等因素影响，本期制造端单位成本承担一定压力。

在外部环境复杂多变的背景下，公司将继续巩固全球主要运动品牌供应商地位，着力提升多区域产能配置与研发布局；同时密切跟踪地缘政治及宏观经济变化，加强原材料采购多元化与成本管控，提升经营韧性与生产效率，巩固制造业务的整体盈利能力。
