Weekly REITs Market Report: Five New Commercial Real Estate REITs Receive Exchange Feedback

As of March 8, 2026, the closing price of the CSI REITs Index stood at 789.811, reflecting a decline of 0.79% during the reporting period.

During the period from March 2 to March 8, 2026, the total trading volume for the 79 publicly offered REITs reached 525.4141 million units, with a total turnover of 2,426.2226 million yuan. This represents a significant increase of 42.41% compared to the previous period. The turnover rate for the 79 products, calculated based on total shares, was 1.07%. Specifically, equity REITs showed a rate of 1.07%, while concession right REITs recorded a rate of 1.08%. The turnover rate based on the circulating supply was 1.88% for all products, with equity REITs at 1.88% and concession right REITs at 1.89%. On an annualized basis, the total turnover rate for the 79 products was 55.81%, and the annualized turnover rate for the circulating supply was 97.76%.

As of March 8, 2026, there are 79 publicly offered REITs listed across the market. Regarding product application and issuance developments: five new commercial real estate REITs have received feedback from the exchanges. Out of the 14 commercial real estate REITs currently under application, a total of 11 have now received exchange feedback or inquiries.
