SOHO China Limited announced on 30 April 2026 that both the English and Chinese versions of its 2025 Annual Report and the Circular for the upcoming Annual General Meeting (collectively referred to as “Current Corporate Communications”) have been published on the company’s website (www.sohochina.com) and on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s website (www.hkexnews.hk).

The company advises shareholders who experience difficulties accessing the online files to request complimentary printed copies. Such requests—detailing the shareholder’s name and address—can be sent either by email (soho410@computershare.com.hk) or by written notice to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, at 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong.

SOHO China also reminds investors holding shares through banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited to provide their email addresses to these intermediaries if they wish to receive future electronic notifications of corporate communications. Shareholders preferring hard-copy documents may indicate their choice on the provided Reply Form and return it to the share registrar using the prepaid mailing label.
