公告同时披露，公司董事会目前由三位执行董事徐枫女士（主席兼董事总经理）、汤子同先生（副主席）及汤子嘉先生（副主席）以及三位独立非执行董事张兆平先生、李灿辉先生和吴自谦先生组成。
