FENGYINHE Keeps Share Capital Unchanged in April; Public Float Remains Compliant

FENGYINHE Holdings Limited (monthly return for the period ended 30 April 2026, filed 4 May 2026) reported no movements in either authorised or issued share capital.

The authorised share capital stayed at 50.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01 each, representing an aggregate authorised amount of HKD 500.00 million.

Issued share capital remained at 349.35 million ordinary shares, with no treasury shares outstanding. The company recorded zero share issuances, cancellations, repurchases or redemptions during the month.

FENGYINHE confirmed that its public float comfortably meets the minimum 25 per cent threshold required under the GEM Listing Rules.

No share options, warrants, convertible securities or other agreements that could lead to share issuance were outstanding or exercised, and there were no Hong Kong Depositary Receipts in issue.

All requisite confirmations under GEM Rule 17.27C were provided by Company Secretary Leung Man Kit, indicating compliance with listing rules and other statutory obligations.
