2026年8月31日，真健康医疗-B（02697）发布自愿性公告称，其全资附属公司广东真健康医疗科技开发股份有限公司已与一名独立第三方买方签订销售合同，向对方供应穿刺手术导航定位系统，合同总金额近1亿元人民币，相关产品将于近期陆续交付。
公告显示，穿刺手术导航定位系统系公司主营业务之一。公司董事会指出，该合同的签订体现市场对公司产品的高度认可，有助于进一步巩固公司在穿刺手术机器人细分市场的领先地位，并为后续业务拓展奠定基础。
公司董事会成员包括执行董事张昊任、陈妙娉及郭健，独立非执行董事为刘良钢、吴冠诚及马剑鸣。
