本次私有化计划获批准后，五矿地产预期2月10日下午4时10分为在联交所买卖的最后时限。随后，自2月27日起，公司将暂停办理股份过户登记，以确定有权获得私有化注销对价的股东名单。私有化方案预计将于2月27日（百慕达时间）正式生效。
公告显示，五矿地产已向联交所申请于3月3日下午4时正起撤销股份上市地位。如无进一步变动，相关股东的私有化现金对价支票将于3月10日或之前寄发。官方提醒，本次私有化方案目前仍需余下条件达成或获豁免后方可正式生效，股东及潜在投资者需关注后续公告更新。
