阳光保险（06963.HK）：国家金融监督管理总局核准杨丹任职监事，庄良届满退任

2026年10月8日，阳光保险集团股份有限公司（06963.HK）公告称，已收到国家金融监督管理总局下发的《国家金融监督管理总局关于杨丹阳光保险集团股份有限公司监事任职资格的批覆》（金覆[2026]535号）。根据批覆，金融监管部门核准杨丹女士担任公司职工监事的任职资格，其任职自2026年10月8日起生效。

杨丹女士1976年8月出生，毕业于南京大学汉语言文学专业，2005年6月加入阳光保险，历任阳光财险人力资源部高级主管、处长、总经理等职务，并曾担任公司董事会办公室副主任、主任等岗位。截至公告披露日，杨丹女士通过公司员工持股计划间接持有公司435,046股境内未上市股份及442,431股H股。

同日，公司原职工监事及监事会主席庄良先生因任期届满自2026年10月8日起退任。公司监事会表示，庄良先生与监事会之间无意见分歧，亦无需提请股东关注的其他事项，并对其任内贡献表示感谢。

公告同时提示，除此次披露内容外，杨丹女士按香港联交所上市规则第13.51(2)条需披露的其他资料与此前公告及通函相比并无变化。

截至公告披露日，阳光保险董事会由4名执行董事、3名非执行董事及5名独立非执行董事组成。
