2026年3月4日，灵宝黄金集团股份有限公司（「灵宝黄金(一百)(03330)」）发布翌日披露报表，公告就可换股债券持有人行使转换权，发行并配发1,682,557股新股份。该数量约占此前已发行股份总数的0.15%，转换价为每股港币17.83元，涉及可换股债券本金港币30,000,000元。
本次股份变动后，公司已发行股份总数由1,105,915,507股增至1,107,598,064股，库藏股份数维持为0。公告同时确认，此次发行已获董事会正式授权并遵守香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则及相关法律规定。
