BAIC Motor to Convene 2026 First H Shareholders Class Meeting for Share-Repurchase Mandate

BAIC Motor Corporation Limited will hold its 2026 First H Shareholders Class Meeting on 25 June 2026 in Beijing immediately after the Domestic Shareholders Class Meeting. The sole agenda item is a special resolution seeking a general mandate to repurchase shares.

Shareholders whose names appear on the H-share register at the close of business on 18 June 2026 are entitled to attend and vote. The register will be closed from 22 June 2026 to 25 June 2026, during which no share transfers will be processed.

Eligible shareholders may appoint one or more proxies by submitting the required forms and any notarised authorisations to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited no later than 24 hours before the meeting. Personal identification is required for on-site attendance.

The meeting will be held in the multi-purpose hall on the first floor of the South Tower, Beijing Automotive Industry Research and Development Base, No. 99 Shuanghe Street, Shunyi District, Beijing. Attendees will bear their own travel and accommodation costs.
