BINGO GROUP (08220) announced that on October 25, 2025, its major shareholder, Beglobal Investments Limited, entered into a share option agreement with buyer Global Star Investment Group Limited. Under this agreement, the buyer has conditionally agreed to purchase, while the seller has conditionally agreed to transfer the shares for a price determined in accordance with the applicable transfer scheme, subject to the terms and conditions of the option agreement.
