截至2025年9月30日止六个月，中国长白山国际控股有限公司（“公司”）来自持续经营业务的营收为人民币0.298亿元，同比下降75.7%（上年同期为人民币1.225亿元）。经调整净亏损（以持续经营业务净亏损代替）为人民币0.301亿元，而上年同期净亏损为人民币5.985亿元，亏损幅度同比收窄约94.97%。报告期内，毛利为人民币0.032亿元，毛利率达10.8%，上年同期的毛利率为9.4%。经营活动现金流方面，持续经营业务录得约人民币0.554亿元净流出，上年同期为净流出人民币0.341亿元。
从成本端看，销售及分销开支较上年同期削减约40%、至人民币0.09亿元；行政开支同比减少人民币0.65亿元、降至人民币0.108亿元，主要由于持续的成本管控措施所致。
业务分项
报告期内，物业发展板块实现收入人民币0.165亿元，同比下降84.6%，主要因为期内无新完工项目交付；同期物业管理服务收入为人民币0.133亿元，同比下降约12.3%。其中，物业发展板块毛利率转为-22.3%，而物业管理因为服务成本相对稳定，报告期毛利率则录得52.0%。
