尽管爱彼迎未直接透露机场接送服务与此次人事任命的关联，但首席执行官布莱恩·切斯基在周二晨间内部备忘录中明确表示："我赋予格斯‘首席问题解决官’的使命，他的核心任务就是攻克爱彼迎最棘手的难题，助力公司跻身科技界运营标杆企业之列。"
富尔德纳将全面负责社区支持、反欺诈与安全运营，以及公司保险项目AirCover。此次人事变动源于原运营总监塔拉·邦奇在履职六年后即将荣休。
