BASETROPHY GP (08460) announced that Mr. Leung Yat Fai has resigned as Executive Director, Co-Chairman of the Board, and Authorized Representative under Rule 5.24 of the GEM Listing Rules and the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of Hong Kong Law), effective November 13, 2025. Executive Director Mr. Chen Ping has been appointed as Co-Chairman and Authorized Representative, while Mr. Lu Jun has been appointed as Executive Director, both effective from November 13, 2025.
