Kingsmen Creatives Invests Extra $1 Mil Into Vietnam Subsidiary For Working Capital Requirements

Kingsmen Creatives has invested an additional $1 million in its wholly-owned subsidiary Kingsmen Vietnam Company, bringing its total invested into the entity to about $2.4 million.

The company says that this is to increase the general working capital of Kingsmen Vietnam for the operation of its business.

Kingsmen Vietnam is primarily involved in the design and production of interiors, exhibitions, decorations and museums.

The funding was done through internal resources and Kingsmen says that this is not expected to have any material impact on its earnings per share and net tangible assets per share for the current year ending Dec 31, 2025.

Shares in Kingsmen Creativesclosed 1 cent higher or 2.667% up at 38.5 cents on May 16.
