三一重装国际控股有限公司（简称“三一国际”，股票代码：00631）于2026年3月4日公告了截至2026年2月28日的股份变动月报表。公告显示，公司注册股本维持在5亿港元，普通股与优先股的法定或注册股本均无变化，普通股面值0.1港元，总数为44.6106788亿股；优先股面值0.1港元，总数为5.3893212亿股。
