GLOBAL CHI BC Announces Resignation of Non-Executive Director Zhang Zhang

Global Chinese Business Club (GLOBAL CHI BC) reported that Ms. Zhang Zhang has stepped down from her role as non-executive director, effective 24 July 2026. According to the board filing made under Listing Rule 13.51(2), Ms. Zhang resigned to devote additional time to other commitments. She confirmed there is no disagreement with the board and no matters requiring shareholder or Stock Exchange attention.

The board expressed gratitude for Ms. Zhang’s contributions during her tenure. Following the change, the board comprises one executive director—Chairman Mr. Zhou Zhenlin—and three independent non-executive directors: Ms. Cheng Shing Yan, Mr. Tsoi Chi Hei and Ms. Zhou Wencan.
