2026年3月4日，信德集团有限公司（香港联交所：00242）公布2026年2月股份变动月报表。公告显示，截至2月28日，公司已发行股份总数（不包括库存股份）依旧为3,017,661,785股，与上月底持平，库存股份数目仍为0股，整体股本结构保持不变。
根据月报披露，报告期内公司并无新增发行股份、购回及注销活动，亦未发生股份期权或其他股权激励计划的授予、行使或失效事项。此外，未来仍可能发行的148,883,374股（涉及此前于2016年11月1日签订的协议）在本月并无实质变动。截至月底，公司继续确认其公众持股量符合香港联交所《上市规则》相关要求。
