On 16 February 2026, Eastroc Beverage (Group) Co., Ltd. (Stock Code: 09980) announced the adoption of electronic dissemination for all future corporate communications in accordance with Rule 2.07A. Under this arrangement, important documents such as directors’ reports, annual and interim accounts, notices of meetings, listing documents, circulars, and proxy forms will be made available in English and Chinese on both the company website (www.szeastroc.com) and the HKEXnews website (www.hkexnews.hk) beginning 31 December 2023.

Non-registered shareholders will no longer receive printed notices of publication from the company. They are encouraged to stay informed about corporate communications by proactively checking the designated websites and providing their email addresses to the banking, broker, or custodian institutions through which they hold shares.
