TYCOON GROUP (03390) announced that PricewaterhouseCoopers has resigned as the company's auditor, effective November 21, 2025. Upon the recommendation of the audit committee, Grant Thornton has been appointed as the company's new auditor, effective November 21, 2025, to fill the vacancy left by PwC's resignation. Grant Thornton will serve until the conclusion of the company's next annual general meeting.
