Qyuns Therapeutics Repurchases 66,600 H-Shares, Lifting Treasury Stock to 3.50 Million

Qyuns Therapeutics Co., Ltd. (Qyuns) disclosed a share repurchase of 66,600 H-shares on 10 June 2026, according to its Next Day Disclosure Return filed with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The transaction details are as follows:

• Repurchase size and price: 66,600 shares bought back on-market at a volume-weighted average price of HKD 14.89 per share, with a high of HKD 15.38 and a low of HKD 14.47. Total consideration amounted to HKD 0.99 million.

• Impact on share capital: The repurchase represents 0.03% of Qyuns’ issued shares (excluding treasury shares) as of 9 June 2026. Post-transaction, issued shares outstanding decreased to 223.58 million, while treasury shares increased to 3.50 million. Total issued shares remain unchanged at 227.07 million.

• Mandate utilisation: The buyback forms part of the repurchase mandate approved on 29 May 2026, which authorises up to 22.44 million shares. To date, Qyuns has repurchased 787,600 shares under this mandate, equivalent to 0.35% of the company’s issued share capital at the mandate date.

• Treasury treatment and moratorium: All 66,600 repurchased shares are held as treasury shares; none have been cancelled. In line with listing rules, Qyuns is subject to a moratorium on new share issues or treasury share sales until 10 July 2026.

The company confirmed that the repurchases complied with Hong Kong Main Board Rule 10.06 and that no material changes have been made to the explanatory statement dated 8 May 2026.
