SEEC Media Group Limited has released an announcement outlining plans to change its English name from “SEEC Media Group Limited” to “BFB Health Limited” and remove its existing Chinese name. The proposal will be tabled as a special resolution during an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) scheduled for 8 December 2025 at 3:00 p.m. at The Center in Central, Hong Kong.

According to the document, the intended name change is subject to approval by the Shareholders and the Registrar of Companies in Bermuda. The Board believes that adopting a new corporate identity will benefit future development.
