惠生国际（股票代码：01340）于2026年8月3日发布的截至2026年7月31日的证券变动月报显示，公司于2026年7月8日股东特别大会上通过普通决议案，对已发行及尚未发行股份进行每8股合并为1股的股份合并。该决议于2026年7月10日正式生效。
经本次股份合并后，公司注册股本由原先的1,500,000,000股每股面值0.01港元变更为187,500,000股每股面值0.08港元，法定注册股本总额保持在15,000,000港元。已发行股份从上月底的1,107,405,600股减少至本月底的138,425,700股，库藏股份数目维持为0股，未进行任何新增发行、购回或注销。公司鉴此确认，其截至月末继续符合香港联交所规定的上市发行人公众持股量要求。
报告显示，当月无新的股份期权计划相关变动，且无可换股票据及其他股份发行安排。公司亦表示所有发行、转让过程均遵守了香港联交所《上市规则》及适用的法律及其他监管规定。上述公告由公司秘书刘智远签署。
