Jiangsu Expressway Sets 7–27 October 2026 Book-Closure for H-Shareholders Ahead of Extraordinary General Meeting

Jiangsu Expressway Company Limited will convene its first extraordinary general meeting (EGM) for 2026 on 27 October 2026. To determine shareholder eligibility for attendance and voting rights, the company will suspend the registration of H-share transfers from 7 October to 27 October 2026, both dates inclusive.

H-share investors intending to participate must lodge transfer documents and relevant share certificates with the company’s registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited (Shop 1712–1716, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong) no later than 4:30 p.m. on 6 October 2026.

A circular detailing the meeting agenda and the formal notice of the EGM will be published and distributed to shareholders in due course.

The board currently comprises Executive Directors Wang Feng and Wang Yingjian; Non-executive Directors Zhou Lili, Zhang Xinyu, Yang Shaojun, Liu Gang, and Ma Chung Lai, Lawrence; and Independent Non-executive Directors Ge Yang, Xu Guanghua, Gu Zhaoyang, Tan Shijun, and Sun Lijun.
