Man Wah Executes HK$7.48 Million On-Market Buyback of 2 Million Shares

Man Wah Holdings Limited disclosed that on 2 June 2026 it repurchased 2.00 million ordinary shares on the Hong Kong market under the general share-repurchase mandate approved at the 30 June 2025 AGM. The purchase price ranged between HK$3.71 and HK$3.75 per share, utilising a total of HK$7.48 million before brokerage and expenses.

All repurchased shares will be cancelled, resulting in a corresponding reduction of the company’s issued share capital. The board cited “strong and healthy” operating cash flow and stated that the transaction is intended to enhance shareholder returns while demonstrating confidence in the company’s outlook.

Management indicated that additional repurchases may be considered subject to market conditions and the board’s discretion. Shareholders and investors were reminded to exercise caution when trading the company’s securities.
