全球广告技术平台Nexxen International Ltd.（纳斯达克代码：NEXN）近日披露，公司在2026年1月期间以每股6.18美元的平均价格回购了412,088股普通股。
截至2026年1月31日，Nexxen流通普通股数量为56,070,588股（不含库存股），当前股份回购授权剩余额度约为500万美元。
根据此前公告，公司已获准启动最高4000万美元的新股份回购计划，该计划将在现有计划完成后实施。新计划不设强制回购数量要求，且可根据适用法律规定在禁售期外随时暂停、修改或终止。根据以色列公司法，新计划回购的股份将被重新归类为休眠股，作为库存股持有且不享有股东权利。
公司将在新计划启动时发布进一步通知。
