CHINAHONGQIAO (01378) announced that effective August 4, 2025: Mr. Tian Mingming resigned from his position as non-executive director due to work transfer, and Mr. Zhang Hao ceased to serve as alternate director to Mr. Tian Mingming. Mr. Tu Yikai has been appointed as non-executive director, and Mr. Zhang Hao has been appointed as alternate director to Mr. Tu Yikai.
