Shandong Hi-Speed New Energy Group Limited (SDHS New Energy) announced on 21 May 2026 that its latest Circular and accompanying Proxy Form—collectively referred to as the “Current Corporate Communications”—have been published in both English and Chinese.
Key points:
1. Availability of Documents • The Circular and Proxy Form can be accessed in electronic format on the company’s website (www.shneg.com.hk → “Investor Relations”) and on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange website (www.hkexnews.hk). • Registered shareholders who previously opted for printed copies will find them enclosed with the notification letter.
2. Options for Shareholders • Shareholders experiencing difficulty with the online version, or those wishing to receive printed copies of the Current and all future Corporate Communications, may submit a signed Reply Form. • The Reply Form can be returned by post—using the prepaid mailing label—to Tricor Investor Services Limited at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or via email to 1250-ecom@vistra.com. • The form is also downloadable from both the company’s and the Stock Exchange’s websites.
3. Email Address Requirement • Shareholders are responsible for providing a valid email address. • If no email is supplied, or if the address is invalid, SDHS New Energy will dispatch any future Actionable Corporate Communications in printed form, accompanied by a request for updated email details. • Delivery to a provided email address without a “Failure Delivery Message” constitutes compliance with Hong Kong Listing Rules.
4. Validity Period • A shareholder’s preference indicated on the Reply Form remains effective until it is revoked or superseded, or until 31 December 2026, whichever occurs first.
5. Enquiries • Questions can be directed to Tricor Investor Services Limited at (852) 2980 1333 (Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m., excluding Hong Kong public holidays) or via email to 1250-ecom@vistra.com.
The notice was issued under the authority of Company Secretary Mr. Cheung Chin Wa on behalf of the Board of SDHS New Energy.
