根据周四提交的一份监管文件，马斯克截至6月30日持有SpaceX（SPCX.O）48.4%的股份，按当前市场价格计算，其持股价值超过9000亿美元。
SpaceX于6月12日完成创纪录的首次公开募股（IPO），募资857亿美元，公司市值突破2万亿美元。不过，随着市场热情减弱，其估值随后有所回落。
文件显示，马斯克持有64.2亿股SpaceX股票，并对这些股份拥有独立投票权和处置权。自IPO以来，他一直拥有超过82%的投票权。
马斯克的持股包括由其担任受托人的信托持有的8.495亿股A类股、39.2亿股B类股、其个人持有的13亿股受限B类股，以及可通过行使股票期权获得的3.5亿股B类股。
截至7月底，SpaceX股价累计下跌近33%；不过，在公布季度业绩以及首批限售股解禁后，公司股价8月以来已上涨30%。
本月早些时候，SpaceX公布上市后的首份季度财报，第二季度营收增长超过90%，资本开支也大幅增长。
