CNQC INT'L (01240) announced that the group recently secured four construction project contracts in Hong Kong. The total estimated value of these four contracts is approximately HK$1.79 billion (including contingent payments). The contracts include: (i) a major contract awarded on September 18, 2025, by The Hong Kong Polytechnic University to the company's indirect wholly-owned subsidiary for the external wall safety improvement works of Block M at the university; (ii) a major contract awarded on November 3, 2025, by the Urban Renewal Authority to the company's indirect wholly-owned subsidiary for improvement works at the Western Market located at 323 Des Voeux Road Central, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong; (iii) a major contract awarded on November 24, 2025, by the Hong Kong Housing Authority to the company's indirect wholly-owned subsidiary for the construction works of the public housing development project at Nam Fung, Chi Lung Wan, Pok Fu Lam in the Southern District; and a major contract awarded on May 6, 2025, by the City University of Hong Kong to another indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the company for foundation, excavation and lateral support works, site formation, and related works for a student hostel on Tat Hong Road, Kowloon Tong.
