复星医药（02196）9月6日公告，为提升公司长期价值并回馈股东，董事会已批准启动“2026年H股回购方案”。
根据公告，公司拟自2026年8月27日起12个月内，以不超过10亿港元的资金总额回购H股。此次回购将依据公司于2026年6月16日股东周年大会、H股类别股东会及A股类别股东会授予的H股回购一般性授权执行。
复星医药表示，将根据市场情况决定已回购H股的具体用途，包括但不限于注销相关股份或将其作为库存股持有。若至下届股东周年大会结束时方案尚未完成，后续实施须再获股东大会及类别股东会批准。
公告同时提示，任何回购行动须遵守《香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则》《公司收购、合并及股份回购守则》及相关法律法规。公司不保证回购的具体时间、数量或价格，提醒股东及潜在投资者在交易公司证券时保持谨慎。
