Langham-SS (01270) announced that Ms. Huang Meiling will resign as the trustee-manager and company secretary of the company. Concurrently, she will cease to serve as the trustee-manager and the company's authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange's Listing Rules, as well as the company's authorized representative for receiving legal process documents and notices in Hong Kong under Rule 19.05(2) and Part 16 of the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622). These changes will take effect from April 11, 2026. Ms. Li Liyi will be appointed as the trustee-manager and company secretary, authorized representative, and legal process agent of the company, effective from April 11, 2026.
