前海健康控股有限公司（00911）9月18日公告称，公司董事会已批准，自2026年9月22日起，前海健康在香港的主要营业地址将迁往香港铜锣湾礼顿道77号礼顿中心16楼1622室。
公告指出，公司现有的电话、传真、电子邮箱及官方网站将保持不变。
公司表示，此次仅为办公地址调整，不涉及其他营运及管理层面的变动。
截至公告日期，董事会成员包括： 1. 非执行董事：黄志群先生（董事会主席）、陈凯犇先生、陈琦先生； 2. 执行董事：汤裕源先生、源自立先生； 3. 独立非执行董事：李炜先生、梁振东先生、吴鸿茹女士。
