Art Group Holdings Limited (Stock Code: 565) has published details of its upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) and the proposed re-election of several directors. According to the circular, the AGM will be held on Friday, 19 December 2025 at 3:00 p.m. at Suites 4610-4619, Jardine House, 1 Connaught Place, Central, Hong Kong.

Shareholders are set to vote on the re-election of five directors. The retiring directors offering themselves for re-election are: • Executive Directors: Dr. Wong Ho Yin (Chief Executive Officer), Mr. Chen Jinyan, and Mr. Yao Linying • Independent Non-executive Directors: Ms. Chuang Yin Lam and Ms. Wang Yuqin

Additionally, Confucius International CPA Limited is recommended to be re-appointed as the Company’s auditor for the financial year ending 30 June 2026.

The register of members will be closed from 16 December to 19 December 2025 (both dates inclusive), and valid share transfers must be lodged by 4:30 p.m. on 15 December 2025 with the Hong Kong branch share registrar for eligibility to attend and vote at the AGM. No refreshments or corporate gifts will be provided at the meeting. Shareholders are encouraged to submit proxy forms at least 48 hours before the scheduled AGM. Any completed form of proxy will not preclude holders from attending and voting in person if they wish.
