On 12 November 2025, a disclosure regarding dealings in the A shares of ENN Natural Gas Co. Ltd. was made in accordance with Rule 22 of the Hong Kong Code on Takeovers and Mergers. UBS AG, an exempt principal trader connected with the offeree company and ultimately owned by UBS Group AG, revealed several transactions on 11 November 2025 as part of hedging activities arising from client-driven delta-one products, along with one derivative-related trade involving a basket that included ENN Natural Gas Co. Ltd. securities.

The reported transactions included purchases of 69,200 shares and 364,900 shares, with total considerations of RMB 1,408,089.9814 and RMB 7,401,326.5303, respectively. UBS AG also disclosed the sale of 25,400 shares and 299,050 shares—valued at RMB 513,462.0076 and RMB 6,082,217.3285, respectively—as well as the sale of 14,600 shares tied to a derivative basket for RMB 297,437.0000. The highest prices ranged up to approximately RMB 20.45 per share, while the lowest were around RMB 20.08 during these trades.

UBS AG confirmed these dealings were executed for its own account, reflecting wholly unsolicited client-driven orders. All transactions were conducted in RMB under a scheme of arrangement connected with the ongoing privatisation of ENN Natural Gas Co. Ltd.
