2026年8月17日，众安集团有限公司（00672）公告称，根据对截至2026年6月30日止六个月的未經審核綜合管理賬目初步审阅，预计期内母公司拥有人应占亏损净额不多于约2.2亿元；而2025年同期则录得净利润约64.6百万元，公司由盈转亏。
公司将亏转盈主要由于两方面因素： 1. 2026年同期已交付物业总建筑面积较2025年同期减少逾约70%，且相关物业每平方米销售均价下降约33.0%，使得可确认的物业销售收入及毛利分别大幅下降约80.0%和约81.5%；尽管相关物业每平方米销售成本亦下降约26.8%，但毛利率仍较2025年同期下滑约2.6个百分点。 2. 2026年同期未录得2025年同期确认的一次性重新计量联营公司投资收益约1.53亿元。
公司表示，上述数据基于现有资料和未經審核财务数据的初步评估，相关财务信息尚未经核数师及审计委员会审阅确认。众安集团预计将于2026年8月21日公布2026年中期业绩。公司提醒股东及潜在投资者在买卖公司股份时须审慎行事。
