明源云集团控股有限公司（00909.HK）于2026年2月12日发布翌日披露报表，公告显示，公司于2025年9月3日至2025年11月7日期间回购的合计10,037,000股股份已于2026年2月12日正式注销。
上述回购股份占注销前已发行股本（不含库藏股）约0.52211%，每股回购价格约为3.322港元。完成注销后，公司已发行股本变动为1,912,350,020股，库藏股数为12,316,000股，总股本相应调整至1,924,666,020股。
另据披露，公司自2025年11月10日至2026年1月6日期间，累计回购但尚未注销股份共计55,373,000股，回购价格介乎每股2.9653港元至3.3904港元不等。公司确认已遵守上市规则及相关法规。
