汉诺佳池控股有限公司（下称“汉诺佳池”）于2026年8月3日发布截至2026年7月31日的证券变动月报表。公告显示，公司目前法定/注册股本总额保持在100,000,000港元，法定/注册股份数目为10,000,000,000股，每股面值0.01港元，较上月底无变化。
根据公告，汉诺佳池于本月底已发行普通股共111,971,512股，较上月底111,971,512股持平，未持有任何库存股份，股份总数同样保持不变。本月内公司未有新增股份发行、购回或注销活动。公司确认其公众持股量符合香港联合交易所有限公司的相关要求。
在股权激励方面，截至7月底，公司于2017年1月20日采纳的购股权计划下，期末持有1,744,908份尚未行使的股份期权，行使价为每股3.954港元。月报显示本月内并无因行使期权而导致股份数变化。
汉诺佳池在公告中表示，公司已遵守香港联交所《上市规则》及相关法律法规，所有本月内可能引致股本变化的事项均获得董事会批准，该月报由执行董事及公司秘书钟文礼先生签署。
