公告显示，公司于2026年6月26日通过购回授权决议，可回购股份总量为2.4亿股，目前已于香港联交所合计回购46.5万股，占授权通过当日已发行股本的约0.0194%。本次回购后，公司新股发行或再次出售库藏股的暂止期将持续至2026年8月16日。公告由公司董事邵绪新签署。
