The materials were released on 27 April 2026 and are accessible in English and Chinese.

The company is encouraging shareholders to prioritise the web-based versions to streamline communications, lower distribution costs and align with sustainability objectives. Shareholders retain the right to request hard copies at no charge and may specify their preferred language—English, Chinese or bilingual—by submitting a completed Request Form to the Hong Kong Branch Share Registrar, Boardroom Share Registrars (HK) Limited, at 2103B, 21/F, 148 Electric Road, North Point, Hong Kong, or via email (enquiry_smcelectric@smc.com.hk).

To ensure uninterrupted receipt of electronic communications, shareholders are advised to provide or update a valid email address with the registrar. Without a functional address on record, notices of publication and other actionable corporate documents will continue to be dispatched in printed form until an email address is supplied.

In line with its environmental agenda, SMC Electric is distributing the 2025 Environmental, Social and Governance Report exclusively in digital format. The ESG Report can be viewed and downloaded from the company and HKEX websites.
