On March 16, iQiyi Inc. officially announced the opening of registrations for its AIGC Venture Conference, inviting top-tier film and television production teams nationwide to participate. The initiative aims to identify pioneering creators with forward-looking narrative vision, leveraging cutting-edge AI technology to enhance innovative content expression and support the development of high-quality ideas into benchmark AI-commercialized film and television works. This effort seeks to inject new vitality into China's film and television industry.

The submission period for the venture conference runs from March 16 to April 5, 2026. Both individuals and teams are eligible to apply, with submissions covering a wide range of works including films (including online narrative features) and series (long-form, short-form, and medium-length dramas). Participants may submit original creative works or select IPs from iQiyi's open IP library for AI-adapted creations, allowing full creative freedom.

The selection process will be conducted in two rounds. An initial review committee will evaluate submissions between April 6 and April 15, selecting qualified project teams to advance to the final round. A final pitch session will take place on April 18, where the judging panel will assess projects based on creativity, artistic value, commercial potential, and AI technology application capabilities. Top-performing teams will be invited to participate in the AIGC Venture Conference, held during the iQiyi World Conference on April 21, 2026.

To fully support the realization of high-quality creative projects, iQiyi will provide comprehensive resources including AI tool support, professional creative guidance, priority access to its IP library, direct investment opportunities, and broadcasting arrangements. Additionally, the company will facilitate investment matchmaking platforms, enabling direct engagement between creators and investors.

As a platform actively promoting the deep integration of AI technology and film and television content creation, iQiyi has previously launched initiatives such as the "Peter Pau · iQiyi AI Theater" creative camp and the "Coexisting with AI" short film competition to cultivate new talent in AI-driven film and television production.

Registration for the iQiyi AIGC Venture Conference is now open. Creative film and television producers across the country are encouraged to participate, using AI as their brush and creativity as their ink to collectively shape the future landscape of film and television creation.
