该项股份购回授权依照百慕达适用法例及香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则进行，回购所需资金将来自可合法用于利润分配或其他符合法规要求的资金。根据公告，董事认为适时回购有助于提高每股收益或增强股东价值，符合公司及全体股东的整体最佳利益。公司股票在过去十二个月中，股价最高曾达每股0.110港元，最低为每股0.025港元。
股东周年大会将于2026年6月5日在香港举行。公告显示，公司将于2026年6月2日至6月5日（包括首尾两日）期间暂停办理股份过户登记手续，以确定有权出席大会并投票的股东资格。公司提醒有意参与投票的股东，须在2026年6月1日16时30分前办妥股份过户登记。
