正通汽车（01728）8月31日公告称，公司已与独家配售代理书面协议，将特别授权配售的新股份最终截止日期由原定的2026年8月31日延长至2026年9月30日，或双方书面协定的更晚日期。
本次配售事项原于2026年6月30日首次公布，并在2026年7月22日的通函及2026年8月10日的公告中披露相关安排。除延期外，配售协议的其他条款及条件保持不变。
公司提醒，配售事项的完成仍有赖若干先决条件的达成，存在未必能顺利进行的风险。公司股东及潜在投资者在买卖公司证券时应保持审慎。
截至公告日，公司董事会成员包括执行董事黄俊锋（主席）、王明成、苏毅、吴晓强及余励洁；独立非执行董事为徐尉玲、沈进军及于建榕。公告日期为2026年8月31日。
