BNP Paribas Asset Management to Become Second Largest Shareholder of Puyin AXA Fund

On the evening of January 28, Puyin AXA Fund announced that its second largest shareholder will change from AXA Investment Managers S.A. to BNP Paribas Asset Management Holding S.A., with the equity stake remaining unchanged.

Following this change, Shanghai Pudong Development Bank will hold a 51% stake in the company, BNP Paribas Asset Management Holding S.A. will hold 39%, and Shanghai Guosheng Group Asset Co., Ltd. will hold 10%.

According to disclosures, as of September 30, 2025, BNP Paribas Asset Management's total assets under management exceeded €1.6 trillion, ranking among the top three in Europe.

Puyin AXA Fund stated that the company will continue to strengthen collaboration with both shareholders and leverage the resource advantages of its Chinese and foreign shareholders. Public data shows that as of December 31, 2025, the total assets under management of Puyin AXA Fund (including subsidiaries) exceeded 450 billion yuan.
