新焦点（00360）今日公告，将于2026年10月15日（周四）14:00在中国上海市徐汇区肇嘉浜路1065A号飞雕国际大厦1809室举行股东特别大会。公司股东名册将于10月12日至10月15日期间暂停办理股份过户登记，10月9日16:30前完成过户的股东方可出席并投票。大会将以投票方式审议以下普通决议：
1. 批准、确认及追认公司2026年9月25日通函所述之贷款协议及其项下拟进行的交易。 2. 授权公司任何一名董事在其全权及绝对酌情决定下，为实施、使贷款协议及其相关交易生效及／或完成所需进行的一切行动及事项。
持有两股或以上股份的股东可委任一名或以上受委代表出席并表决，且受委代表无需为本公司股东。若股东亲自出席会议，其已递交的授权委托书将被视为撤回。大会表决结果将按香港联交所上市规则以投票方式公布，并在联交所及公司网站（www.nfa360.com）发布。公司董事会目前由一名执行董事佟飞及三名独立非执行董事李庆文、张开智、罗白云组成。
