The total value of the transaction was approximately HK$1.28 million. Following this acquisition, Duckling Fund L.P.'s total shareholding reached approximately 18.75 million shares, representing a 6.04% stake in the company. The transaction also involved other related parties, including Grandiflora Hook GP Limited, Lionet Fund L.P., Boundless Plain Holdings Limited, and Li Haoliang.
